Delivery and Returns
We offer a flat rate postage fee of £2.90 to anywhere within the UK. This will usually be via a Royal Mail service, however for larger parcels we may use another courier service.
We aim to dispatch your goods within two working days of receiving your order.
We can ship items internationally, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote prior to placing your order.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cut lengths of fabric are not included in this policy, unless they are faulty.

Return postage costs are at the purchaser’s expense and we are not responsible for ensuring they get to us. If the item you are returning to us is of a high value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
If for any reason you can no longer attend a workshop please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we can fill your place, then a full refund will be issued to you via our original payment method. If our place cannot be filled by another person, then we will refund the cost of the course, minus an admin fee of £25.
